About the Survey

All OSU employees receive a survey link by email, plus reminder emails during the survey period, and are encouraged to participate. When more employees participate, the results better reflect what employees across OSU are actually experiencing, and help leaders understand what is working well and what may need attention or improvement.

Employees will be asked questions about their day-to-day work experience; how welcome and respected they feel at work; their stress, workload and overall well-being; communication and leadership in their unit; and the support, resources and chances to learn or grow they are offered.

Contact Mission and Impact if you have additional questions by email at [email protected].
